Walk Through inspection.

Provide analysis of home inspection report.

On site consultation with the borrower and sales agent.

Write up of specifications of repairs along with an estimate of costs.

Review and evaluate contractor proposals and architectural plans as required.

Conduct on site field inspections for bank draws

Standard home inspection for a real estate conventional mortgage.
$350.00 to $400.00.  add $50.00 for crawl space.
Fee can increase depending upon size of the home.

Multi Family inspections    $400.00 plus $75.00 for each additional unit.

Commercial Buildings         $600.00 and up depending upon square footage and useage.

203K, FHA and HUD inspections priced according to the published schedule.

Peer Review Inspections and documentation.   
Fee based on contractual agreement and scope of work to be performed.
